Description:

Check to see whether an App Server is available.

True, "True", 1 or "1"

A Server is available.

False, "False", 0 or "0"

No Server is available.

Notes:

This Method checks whether any servers configured in your server list are running and in a state ready to accept TCP/IP connections on the configured port.
