Rename your Project
To rename a project, you will need to save the project to a new folder, which allows you to change the project name in the process.
If the project isn't already open in Form Studio, open the relevant project.
Choose File ➝ Save As.
Make a note of the current project name and location as displayed, so that you can delete the original project after saving it to a new name.
Enter the new name for your project in the Name field. Note project names can only contain alphanumeric characters and '_', and cannot contain spaces.
The Location field specifies a root folder under which your Digitise Forms project will be saved. The project will be saved to a folder with the same name as the project, below the folder specified here. By default, projects are stored under:
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\NDL Software\Form Studio\Projects\<project name>
but you can change the location, if you want to, by selecting the Browse button to the right of the Location field and then navigating to your chosen folder. Double-click on the folder to select it and close the dialog box or select the folder and then choose the Select Folder button.
Click on the Save button to save your project to the new name or click on the File menu close button, , above the menu on the left, to cancel the save.
You can change the default location for saving projects in the Form Studio Settings.
