Web App Selector Bar

This bar allows you to select the web app whose forms you want to configure. You need to select the Digitise Forms Configuration Database storing the settings for the relevant form(s) and then the appropriate web app here in this bar before you can view and modify the configuration and logging settings for the form(s).

If you change the Digitise Forms Configuration Database in the Server drop-down, the list of available web apps should update automatically, but if not you can refresh the list by clicking the Refresh button,.

The Database Status and IIS Status fields tell you if Form Studio has been able to connect successfully to the specified Digitise Forms Configuration Database and to the IIS used by your selected web app. If the Form Manager is unable to connect to the Digitise Forms Configuration Database and/or IIS, some of the configuration and logging settings will not be available to you.
